Chris Alberti returned from Beijing, China, in February 2016 following a 20-year career in international business specializing in finance, real estate investment, healthcare services, and cross-border alliances and joint ventures.  He is highly trained as a mediator and was among the first to integrate mediation techniques into business negotiations.

He is available to mediate commercial disputes, with expertise in healthcare services (senior living, skilled nursing and hospitals), real estate development and finance, financial institutions, family offices and related businesses, 

    

private equity and venture capital, and multi-party joint ventures and alliances. 

Mr. Alberti has unique experience with cross-border investment, alliances, joint ventures, particularly those involving U.S. and Chinese parties.

Hoffman, Esq., a leading mediator, arbitrator and collaborative lawyer and the John H. Watson, Jr. Lecturer on Law at the Harvard Law School, where he teaches courses in mediation and dispute resolution.
